On Monday, June 13th, I lost my wonderful Uncle Herman. All my life, he was just like a second Dad to me. Being my Dad’s younger brother, he enjoyed spending time with Dad, talking cars/trucks, knives, dogs, jobs, family and of course telling joke or two! After losing Dad two years ago, Uncle Herman would call and check on Rick and me. Always concerned about how we were doing. Calling Rick about three weeks ago, to see how he was doing, after Rick had some health issues. I never had to worry about Uncle Herman being cared for, because his two angels were right there by his side, Aunt Marie and Robin, at any moment he called. He was so blessed with other family and friends to help too. Uncle Herman enjoyed making people laugh, with his latest stories and jokes. We will miss his stories and jokes. At the end of our phone calls, he would say, “Bye-bye.” Now I’ll say, we’ll miss you Uncle Herman. Bye-bye!
Herman will be greatly missed by many. He always had a joke to tell and a beautiful smile. I didn’t see him often, but when I did he sure brought laughter.
Very sorry to hear that Mr Eller has passed. He was a good and kind man, fine neighbor, and he always had time for me, he will be missed.

Saddened by the loss of our friend Herman, he was a joy to all that were privileged to call him friend. He always kept me laughing with his stories of his youthful escapades and being a member of my Dad’s Boy Scout troop. Rest easy Herman.
So sorry to hear of Herman’s passing, you all were some of my favorite members I had at Sam’s club I always looked forward to seeing yall come in so we could talk. I will be praying for you and would love to see you again.
A life long friend and neighbor. Herman will surely be missed. He could always make you smile. Telling funny things that had happened back in the early days. I know that I will miss him. Always going by my house with Marie in the truck with him. Both of them waving and even might stop in the road a minute just to say Hello. We will all have a reunion one day.
Herman had been a customer at the many shops I worked at through the years and Shoney’s. We will miss seeing him at I-81 Lawn & Garden. Rest in Peace Herman.
